Small But Mighty
This one's for our small chested community. So if you’re a “C” cup or higher, keep scrolling as they say or save and share with a fellow small chested friend. For women with a smaller bust, dressing stylishly can be an exciting journey of self-discovery or a frustrating cycle of ill fitting bras and tops. The key lies in choosing outfits that enhance your natural beauty while staying true to your personal style. So, how can you do that? We have a few tips on how to, how do we say, work with what you got and yes, this was written by a fellow small chested girlie. Hello from 30A, nice to meet you.
Who says that a plunging neckline looks better on robust...busts? Well, the power of a well chosen neckline shouldn’t be overstated. In our experience reaching for v-neck tops and dresses or other plunging necklines is great for creating the illusion of a fuller bust, if that’s what you’re after. These styles also elongate the neckline and draw the eye upward, ensuring that your bust appears more balanced within your outfit. By embracing these necklines, you'll not only flatter your figure but you also exude elegance and sophistication. These feminine styles are not just sexy for fuller busts but for smaller ones as well.
Another key but often overlooked style is the “wrap.” Wrap dresses or tops is a great go-to option for women with smaller busts. There’s something about a wrap top or a wrap dress and the cinched waist and crossover design that seem to work harmoniously to provide the appearance of curves. This effortlessly chic style enhances your overall silhouette while allowing you to stay comfortable and fashionable, making it a versatile choice for a wide variety of casual and formal occasions. Another silhouette that is great for smaller chested women is the off-the-shoulder top or halter top. These two tops differ from a plunging neckline and instead of drawing attention to your bust they can elegantly and sexily draw attention to your neck and shoulders.
Finally, investing in a bra that fits is an obvious tip as well but it needs to be mentioned. We find it frustrating that it seems the smallest option in many lingerie stores is 32A and even then it’s hard to find that option available or even offered. Embracing your smaller bust is all about celebrating your uniqueness and using fashion as a tool to accentuate your best features. And after all, what do they say? It’s not about size, it’s about how you use it.
