An Honorable Beauty Mention: Pat McGrath Mascara
I have to say that my relationship with makeup is always evolving and changing. There are some products that will remain permanent in my makeup collection. Products like my Bare Minerals Tinted Moisturizer and my Milk Bronzing Stick will forever be items that I will buy time and time again and pray will never be discontinued. Same goes for my Yash Matte Lipstick from MAC and Hover Lip Liner. I am prepared to buy one-hundred of these two items in the off-chance they are to be discontinued. You guys already know that, I’ve mentioned them countless times before. That’s because when you find that product, that special product that works wonders for you, you’re faithful to it. To be honest if I had to choose between my BF and my eyeliner...

Anyways, this brings me to mascara. I am a long time buyer of the Better Than Sex mascara from Too Faced and more recently the KKW Beauty mascara. The former really lengthens my lashes and the second makes them thick with intense black pigmentation. Both of these combined my Milk Makeup Mascara Primer and I had finally found my perfect mascara combo. Or so I thought. Until I was cruising the internet and was seeing more and more rave reviews about the Pat McGrath Labs FetishEyes Lengthening Mascara. This product does exactly what it says it will do: dramatically lengthen and define lashes in luxe layers for long-lasting customizable drama. This product alone does what three products used to do for me. This isn’t an “#AD,” but rather a call-to-action? I thought that my journey with mascara had ended but was mistaken and gladly so.
The conditioning peptides help with defining the lashes and hydrating panthenol keeps them soft instead of stiff. Basically, this mascara makes you look like you’re wearing fake lashes. I like to wear this mascara alone for a natural look or with my KVD Beauty Anti-Precision Eyeliner for a sensual-grunge-dramatic look. You be the judge: does this mascara do it for you or do you have an even better recommendation? Let me know in the comments. As always, until next time.
Sincerely,
