Style Sonata will gladly accept returns and exchanges on merchandise  within 14 days from the date of shipment. Jewelry and Accessories needs to be in its original condition, include gift boxes and pouches, and not show any sign of wear, damage, or alteration. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way:

Upon receipt of goods, Style Sonata reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Please note: Style Sonata does not refund shipping and handling. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Style Sonata, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package to Style Sonata. 

Unfortunately we cannot refund duties or taxes charges.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
