NATASHA KAPLAN

On "Style"

It's undefinable, Individual and unassailable. Perhaps it's a bygone concept...It's innate; you are born with it (although it can be acquired in contact with others who have "it"). You cannot hire others to give it to you... Although many have tried.

Personal style permeates everything you do/are. It is not just reflected in fashion & decor, but also in your relation to others. It is the tiny thoughtful gesture of a handwritten note (on elegant paper), or a fresh flower tucked into a ribbon on a gift.

Style is like "sex-appeal", if you think you have "it"--- you probably don't.
