Who Doesn’t Love Pasta?…Nobody!
There are some things in life that can’t be replicated or copied. For me, it’s one of my favorites, a home cooked meal. I love the process from the beginning to end. From going to the local market and collecting the ingredients to serving plating the meal and enjoying it with loved ones. For me, it’s simple. I absolutely adore pasta. I love making the pasta from scratch and in a way it’s a form of meditation for me. I love making a simple sauce with simple fresh ingredients like roma tomatoes and fresh basil. It’s a tried and true dish that goes great with a glass of red wine (or two.) I’ll admit, cooking isn’t always my favorite thing to do, nor am I the greatest chef, but when shared with the right people, it’s something I enjoy immensely.
