Want The Best Abs Ever?
Because who doesn’t want washboard abs? Sure winter is coming right around the corner and with it we pull out our sweaters and thermal wear. However, we still want to be in our best shape possible and feel good in our bodies. If you’re anything like us then one of our most troubled areas to target is our midsection. It seems like all the cardio in the world won’t give us the abs we so desperately desire so we did some research and did some workouts to find the best ab workouts and we thought we’d share with you what we found. These exercises require no equipment and if you spend at least 20-30 minutes a day doing these exercises you’re going to see amazing results. Let’s get to it. This series of exercises starts with:
The Mountain Climber
Literally exactly what it sounds like. Are you ready? We begin in the plank position with our hands and arms extended. Kind of like you’re about to do a push up. Make sure your back is flat; not curved and not creating a “U” shape either. This foundation is important to get the best results from this exercise without straining your back or your neck and shoulders. Next, bring your right knee up towards your chest and return it back to the plank position. Repeat this with your left knee and then your right again. Pick up the pace so that it’s almost like you’re running in this stationary plank position. Repeat for about 30-60 seconds and complete three rounds of each rep. When your heart is pumping and you feel your core buning, you know you’re doing it right. This exercise is great for your lower abs.
