Tiny Seed, Big Results

Chia seeds are harvested from the Salvia Hispanica plant and are packed with numerous essential nutrients like omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, fiber, and protein all of which support healthy, lustrous hair and youthful skin.
One of the key beauty benefits of chia seeds is their ability to support skin health. The omega-3 fatty acids provided by chia seeds help maintain the skin's natural barrier, keeping it hydrated and prevent it from losing moisture. Additionally, their high antioxidant content combats free radicals which can be found in our air’s pollution, and are often responsible for premature aging and a dull complexion. Incorporating these teeny tiny seeds into your diet can transform your inner health and outer appearance and the good news is, you can find them at your local grocery store and make some delicious snacks and desserts with them too.
One of our favorite, go-to, three ingredient recipes is an overnight hit, literally. Mix half a cup of almond or oat milk with two tablespoons of chia seeds and leave them in the fridge overnight to make an easy chia pudding. When you’re ready to enjoy drizzle some organic honey and add blueberries and strawberries for added skin health benefits. For a quick dose of chia seeds you can add two tablespoons to a glass of water and a splash of lemon and let the seeds soak and expand for 8-10 minutes. Drink this concoction to flush out toxins in a jiff and kickstart your day. We absolutely love how easy it is to add these mini powerhouse seeds to our existing diet and the fact that they support hair, skin and healthy digestion secures them as a our new beauty staple.
