Summer Sensations
The conclusion of spring is upon us and as the weather warms up and the nights begin to extend beyond the sun setting, there are so many things to be grateful for. It’s the simple pleasures of this season that have me smiling on this beautiful glorious day. For me, I’m looking forward to enjoying cold watermelon on this creaky wooden porch and the anticipation one feels while waiting for the ocean to wash upon the shore over tanned toes.
What’s your favorite Summer Sensation?
I wait impatiently for iced tea clinking in a mason jar and the hummingbirds hovering outside my bedroom window beckoning me to come join them outside. I look forward to leaving the cold movie theater auditorium and feeling the sting of the heat outside greet me. So many small things summer has to offer that we take for granted each season, what’s your favorite?
