Polka Dots: Looks for Wedding Guests
Who loves a summer wedding? Safe bet that the answer is we all do. However, with weddings come certain pressures, one of them being deciding on what to wear. This summer I think we’re going to be seeing a lot of wedding guests have fun with patterns and color. One of these patterns I have in mind is polka dots. Yes, polka dots are going to have a comeback this wedding season so I thought I would share with you some inspiration from my moodboard of my favorite spotted looks.
I personally am excited for the return of polka dots. After all they are fun, flirty and to me they just scream of joy and youthfulness which are all amazing things to have at a wedding. In a way they are also nostalgic, reminiscent of earlier times such as the 1950s which were so colorful and playful. Adding a polka dot print to your outfit in the form of a skirt, scarf or even a full on dress tells me that you’re lively and energetic and knows how to have a good time. Look at these polka dot looks and I guarantee you’ll find at least one that you’ll want to wear to your next wedding.
