Our Morning Routine

It seems that we’ve already seen what’s in our closet, purse and car, but, now we want to go more inward. We’re talking about what’s in your body. Which, when you think about it, is just as if not more important, than what you keep in your handbag and possibly just as interesting. So, breaking it down to finding what works perfectly, we thought we’d like to share! Let’s get to it.

1. The Probiotic Supplement

So, what is a probiotic? A probiotic is basically strains of bacteria that are good for your digestive system. We all have good and bad bacteria in our guts, but probiotics are good for keeping that gut healthy. Probiotics are good for many things like improved digestion, weight loss, healthier skin and a slew of other things. Take the NUE Probiotic Supplement every morning on an empty stomach to keep your digestive system on track. We love these supplements because they are tiny, easy to swallow and help keep us...well...regular. You know what we mean. We’ve also noticed healthier, clearer and even toned skin since taking this probiotic which is an additional “plus” our opinion.

2. The Fiber Supplement

During our research, we come across multiple articles and sites that said taking a fiber supplement along with a probiotic could be very beneficial for your digestive system and regularity. By adding a fiber supplement because it helps maintain bowel health and we added it solely for this reason but there are other benefits too such as lowering cholesterol, controlling blood sugar and helps to achieve a healthy weight. We use Love Wellness’ Sparkle Fiber every day and have been for months now and we don’t plan on stopping any time soon.

3. The Counter Cravings Supplement

This next supplement isn’t particularly for the morning, but rather throughout the day, however you can take it in the morning but I find it most effective for the afternoon when perhaps you’re working at home (or on-site) or at school where you may start to grab for those salty or sweet unhealthy snacks. If you find that this is your issue I recommend highly Counter Cravings from HUM Nutrition. Basically this is a supplement that cuts those cravings out while also boosting your metabolism. They are suggested to take twice a day with food, but I take the two together with lunch and call it a day. The result? I literally do not crave those usual sugary or salty foods that I usually would in the latter part of the day.

4. The Bloating Supplement

Here’s a bonus. The Bye Bye Bloat supplement from Love Wellness is an as needed supplement, OR a regularly taken supplement you could take every night or after a large meal. It helps with keeping uncomfortable bloating far, far away. Just like the name, you will be saying “bye-bye” to bloating. I take it every night before I go to bed and I wake up with a flatter tummy and leave behind any tightness I may have felt due to a meal the night before. And that’s it for my supplement routine. Until next time.

Sincerely,

The Closet Correspondent
