Ballet Flats Abound
After some careful observation we couldn’t help but notice that ballet flats are in and heels are...out? Maybe not out, but they certainly don’t seem to be the focus of this fashion season. We thought it would be a good idea to get out ahead of this trend and share with you some of our favorite pairs of flats you might want to shop for your wardrobe this fall.
Ballet flats, in our opinion, are the most underrated shoe in the game. They’re not known for flattering your legs or your butt like heels are always praised to be. They’re not used for sports or any activity in particular but we think that the French were on to something when they made these shoes their chic staple shoe. Flats come in so many different styles, colors and materials and hello, they are comfy as hell. They’re chic, sophisticated and there’s a pair of flats for every outfit and every woman.
Here are our top five favorite heels of the moment, but don’t be surprised if we come back with a part two as we’re sure this fall/winter is going to prove to be the season for ballet flats.
These pointed toe flats are crafted in Italy from nappa with a grosgrain trip and gold accented heel. They’re sophisticated, chic and functional with a flair for the feminine. We like these flats for work because they’re comfortable and stylish and look great with every outfit you can think of.
