Another round of Chadwick’s Picks. Let’s see what our staff writer is up to this week.
1. TV Show
What: “Behind Her Eyes”
Where: Living room couch with my mom.
When: Not proud to say that I finished it in two days...
Why: Everyone on social media was talking about this so I had to see the hype. Let me tell you...it was worth it!
2. Chill Spot
What: Le Marais
Where: San Francisco - Chestnut Street
Why: Iced coffee to die for and the food is so good too. Have to take advantage since outdoor dining is open again :)
When: As often as possible!
3. Pick-Me-Up
What: Detox drink
When: Morning or night or even both.
How: 1⁄2 cucumber, piece of ginger, 2 cups of pineapple and blend. Thank me later.
Why: I drink this when I’m feeling sluggish and need to wake up. Also helps aid digestion and doesn’t taste too bad either.
4. Get Up and Get Out
What: Soul Cycle
Where: Walnut Creek
Why: For an intense 45 minute workout and a positive environment. Outdoor classes are good for some fresh air too.
When: I try to go 3-4 times a week.
5. Wind Down
What: Glass of wine (cliche, I know)
Where: I like to sit on this chair in my backyard and play some relaxing music to try and shut my busy brain down a bit.
Why: I love a glass of dry white or a sweet red. It just helps to focus on the moment and to be mindful and to check in with myself after the day is done.

What: Depop
Why: I’m so late to the game. It's like shopping at an online thrift store or if Instagram was a secondhand store.
When: I’m addicted to this app and I’m probably checking it everyday.
